Brian was licensed in real estate in 1984 and is upgraded in rural and commercial real estate courses. The last 10 years have been concentrated on farm, farm commercial, and commercial operations. Brian has been directly involved in First Nations land claims, consulting, reserve creation, and economic development. He has been involved in the sale of tens of thousands of acres of farmland amounting in excess of $50,000,000.00. More recently he has done work for the File Hills consulting on feasible sites for a Swift Current casino, listed and sold commercial land in Fort Qu’Appelle for a future Dairy Queen, as well as listing Woodland Home Building Supplies sites. Brian is involved in a large marina development on a major lake. He is also working with SIIT of Saskatchewan looking for a site for a new campus in Regina.
